My cousin hired this firm for his divorce. They took his money and did nothing for eight months. Stay away.

Strong grounds for removalSecond-hand

The reviewer describes a relative's matter, not their own. Google's policy says contributions "should reflect a genuine experience at a place or business."

The rule that decides it

Google doesn't remove reviews on "unfair." It removes them on policy.

Google doesn't remove a review just because it's harsh.

It removes a review that breaks one of its written policies, and being harsh isn't one of them. Flagging it again won't change that, so we don't look at how harsh it is.

We look for grounds in the review's own words.

We analyze every negative review against Google's written policies, one by one, for free. Where a review's words give grounds for removal, we name the policy they fall under and prepare that appeal. When there are no grounds, that's the answer. Also free.

Second-hand
Daniel R., writing about a cousin's divorce
Strong grounds for removal

Jordan L., who says they were never a client
Strong grounds for removal
Customer
Tom H., a client with a billing complaint
No grounds for removal

Three bad reviews of the sample firm. Daniel R. is passing on a cousin's story, and Jordan L. says they were never a client. Neither is writing from their own experience, which is what Google's policy asks for. Tom H. was a client with a billing complaint. That breaks no written policy, so there's nothing to appeal.

The guarantee, in plain terms

The review gets removed, or your fee gets refunded. The $349 option works a little differently. If Google removes none of these reviews, the $349 is refunded.

The appeal fee only, never subscriptions.

The refund is automatic, back to the card you paid with. A loss is recorded by the 30-day clock, or when you tell us Google denied the appeal.

  • The policy it namesNamed the way Google names it, quoted from Google's own page, linked.
  • The evidenceLine by line, and checkable. The review's own words do most of the work.

Why we built RatingMinder

A bad review feels personal. Google's decision about it isn't.

A review can be unfair and still stay up. Google removes a review for breaking one of its written policies.

So the whole job is in the details:

  1. 1Know the policies well enough to spot a violation.
  2. 2Find it in the review's own words.
  3. 3Write the appeal in Google's terms, with the policy named.
  4. 4Stay with it after you file.

And Google allows one appeal per review, ever, so it has to be right the first time. That's a lot to take on while you're running a business. The removal services we compared don't print a price. The way to one is a form or a phone call. "Guaranteed removal" is something Google doesn't offer, so anyone selling it is selling something else.

So we built that work into a product. The analysis is free and takes about two minutes. The appeal has one printed price, and if Google doesn't remove the review, your fee gets refunded. Nothing is behind a call. The appeal costs money because preparing it is the work. That's the part we charge for.

Most bad reviews don't break a policy. When yours don't, we say so, free, before you pay for anything. And we never file for you. You file from your own Google account, so nobody here logs in as you.
