RatingMinder for agencies

Your clients ask you to get their bad reviews taken down. Some of those reviews can come down. Google's written policies decide which ones. We analyze every bad review on a profile against those policies, tell you which ones have grounds for removal, and prepare the appeal for each one that does.

You can do that today for any client, one profile at a time, at our public prices. We're building an agency plan with its own pricing. It isn't open yet, and the waitlist further down this page is the only way in.

Why not just sell removal?

You've seen agencies sell "guaranteed removal." You may have lost a client to one. Google decides every removal, so nobody outside Google can promise one. Whoever is selling it is selling something else.

Google doesn't remove reviews on "unfair." It removes them on policy. A real customer's bad day is a real review, even when it stings. A review that breaks a policy can come down, and if it gets to an appeal, the filing has to make the right argument.

That filing is where it can go wrong. Google allows one appeal per review, ever. Our read is that the policy named has to match the argument. A mismatch can waste that one appeal. So the useful thing to give a client isn't a promise. It's a verdict on each review, and a filing that names the right policy for the ones with grounds.

What you get for each client today

Put the business name into RatingMinder and we analyze every bad review on its profile. It's free, and we don't need an email or an account. Each review gets one of three verdicts: strong grounds for removal, possible grounds, or no grounds.

When there are no grounds, that's the answer. Also free. About six in ten profiles we analyze have no review with grounds for removal. We say so plainly, with a reply playbook attached. That gives you an honest answer for the client before anyone spends money.

Where a review has grounds, we prepare the appeal.

  • One appeal

    $149

  • Every review with grounds from one analysis

    $199

  • Monitoring

$39 a month per Business Profile

Buy one appeal and the refund is tied to that review. The review gets removed, or your fee gets refunded. Buy the $199 order and the refund is tied to the whole order. If Google removes none of these reviews, the $199 is refunded. The appeal fee only, never subscriptions.

With Monitoring, we check the profile's reviews daily and analyze new negative reviews when we find them. Each one reaches you with its verdict already attached, so you don't have to go looking.

Who files with Google?

Someone with access to your client's Business Profile. We never submit anything to Google, and nobody at RatingMinder logs into anyone's Google account. If your team has access to the profile, your team files. If the client kept access for themselves, they file.

Team accounts work today. You can invite your people to a team account. Switch to the team account before you buy, and the purchase belongs to the team. Only the account's owners manage billing.

What will the agency plan cost?

An appeal will be $99, and Monitoring $19 a month for each Business Profile.

  • Appeal

    $99 per appeal

  • Monitoring

$19 a month per Business Profile

Both are still priced per Business Profile, like the public prices. Today the public prices are $149 for one review or $199 for every review with grounds from one analysis, and Monitoring is $39 a month.

What is the design-partner offer?

Design partners get their first 10 appeals free. After that, appeals are $79 and Monitoring is $15 a month per profile, locked for 12 months from the day you join.

  • First 10 appeals

    Free

  • Appeal after that

$79 per appeal, locked for 12 months

  • Monitoring

$15 a month per Business Profile, locked for 12 months

Common questions

  • Can we use RatingMinder for a client before the agency plan opens?

Yes. Analyze the client's profile for free, and buy appeals or Monitoring at the public prices. Invite your people to a team account, and switch to it before you buy so the purchase belongs to the team.

  • When does the agency plan open?

We don't have a date. If you join the waitlist, we use your email to contact you about the agency plan.

  • Will you file the appeal for our client?

No. We prepare it. Someone with access to the client's Business Profile files it. We never submit anything to Google.

  • If Google says no, can we appeal again?

No. It's one appeal per review, ever. That's why we tell you when a review has no grounds, before anyone spends the one appeal on it.
