What does it cost?
The analysis is free. If one of your bad reviews has grounds for removal, we prepare the appeal for $149. If several do, it's $199 for all of them. If Google removes none of the reviews you paid for, your fee gets refunded. After that, Monitoring is $39 a month if you want us minding the profile.
Most profiles we analyze owe nothing. We don't hide that, because it's the most useful thing we can tell you.
6 in 10
About six in ten profiles we analyze have no review with grounds for removal. We say so plainly, with a reply playbook attached.

We analyze your bad reviews.
Put in the business name and we analyze every negative review on the profile against Google's written policies. That means every review at 2★ and below with at least ten characters of text. Each one gets a verdict: strong grounds, possible grounds, or no grounds for removal. Any review with grounds comes with the policy its grounds rest on, named in Google's words. Reviews that are only a star rating, or have under ten characters of text, aren't analyzed. There's nothing in them to analyze. We count them and show you the count. You don't give us an email or make an account.

We prepare your appeal.
We prepare the appeal for one review. The moment you pay, we save the evidence: the review, the reviewer's name, review count and profile link, and the dates. The appeal we prepare argues the one policy its grounds rest on, because Google gives you one appeal per review, ever. And our read is that the policy you name has to match the argument. You get a walkthrough for Google's screens. First you report the review, then you file the appeal. When you have more than one review with grounds, we pre-select the strongest one. The price includes 60 days of Monitoring on that profile.

$199every review with grounds from that analysis
We prepare your appeal.
We prepare an appeal for every review with grounds in that one analysis. Each of those reviews gets its evidence saved at payment, its own appeal on the policy its grounds rest on, and the walkthrough. The 60 days of Monitoring comes once, for the profile. You only see this option when the analysis finds two or more reviews with grounds, and we never pre-select it. It covers the reviews that analysis found. It doesn't cover bad reviews that come in next month. That's what Monitoring is for. The guarantee works a little differently here. If Google removes none of these reviews, the $199 is refunded. If Google removes even one, we keep the fee.

The review gets removed, or your fee gets refunded. The $199 option works a little differently. If Google removes none of these reviews, the $199 is refunded.
The appeal fee only, never subscriptions.
The refund is automatic. It's the full fee, back to the card you paid with, and our outcome email tells you about the refund. You don't fill out a form or make a call. The details are in the refund guarantee, in plain terms.

Monitoring
We check your reviews daily and analyze new negative reviews when we find them. It's the same rule as the free analysis: 2★ and below, at least ten characters of text. When a new one has grounds for removal, we prepare its appeal as part of Monitoring, with no per-appeal fee. There's no fee, so there's nothing to refund. You get a weekly digest. Month-to-month · we don’t do retention calls. You cancel from your dashboard, and the confirmation tells you there are no further charges.
Monitoring, and what a profile is
How does the Monitoring included with your appeal work?
Every appeal comes with 60 days of Monitoring on that profile. If you already pay for Monitoring on that profile, it just keeps billing as it was, and nothing gets added.
After day 60 it bills at $39 a month unless you cancel. Checkout shows you the date billing starts. We email you seven days before it does. If you cancel and a charge goes through while you're cancelling, we refund it automatically. A month that has already billed isn't refunded.
If you'd rather not pay for Monitoring at all, we also watch profiles for free. We check once a week, and it costs nothing. The button says "Watch my reviews, free."
Why is everything priced per Business Profile?
Because that's where the reviews are. Every Business Profile has its own reviews, so every profile gets its own analysis, its own appeals, and its own Monitoring. If you manage several profiles, each one is priced on its own. The price never depends on the size of your account, and one profile's price never changes because you added another. If you manage profiles for clients, the agency plan is priced per Business Profile too.
Not for sale
What we refuse to sell you
Some things we won't take money for, whatever you're willing to pay.
What we refuse to sell you
- An appeal on a review with no grounds. There isn't a checkout for it. You only get one appeal per review, ever, and an appeal that can't work uses it up.
- An appeal on a review that's already been appealed. If you've used its one appeal, or you already have an appeal on it from us, we won't sell you another.
- "Guaranteed removal." Google decides what comes down, so nobody can sell that honestly. We guarantee the refund, never the removal.
- Filing for you. We never submit anything to Google. You file the appeal from your own profile, and nobody here logs in as you.
- A deadline. No countdowns and no "limited spots." The price will be the same tomorrow.
- A guarantee on a subscription. The guarantee covers the appeal fee and nothing else.
When there are no grounds, that's the answer. Also free.
You get a reply playbook for those reviews, because a good public reply is what's left to you.
How we decide a review has grounds, and how often we get it right, is on the methodology page. The whole sequence, step by step, is on how it works.
Before you pay
Common questions
What if my review only has possible grounds?
We tell you before you pay, right at the button: appeals like this sometimes succeed, not usually. The guarantee applies either way. If you go ahead and Google keeps the review, your fee gets refunded.
Can I get a refund before I file anything?
Yes. Ask before you report the review and we give the refund at once, no questions asked. The one exception: if you bought appeals for several reviews and one of them has already come down, that refund isn't available. Once you've filed the report, that refund option closes, and the guarantee takes over for the appeal.
What shows up on my card statement?
RATINGMINDER. You enter your card on Stripe's payment page, not ours.
What if I'm charged twice for the same review?
We refund the second charge automatically. You don't need to ask.
Is anything behind a sales call?
No. Nothing is behind a call. The prices on this page are the prices.

What would yours cost?
Probably nothing. Put in the business name and we'll analyze every bad review on the profile against Google's policies. You'll see the verdicts before we ask you for anything.
No email. No account. The answer is free either way.
