Removify Reviews: The Facts Removify Publishes. Quoted from Removify's own pages, with every one linked.

The owner reads a removal firm's terms. Whether either review comes down is Google's decision, and Google decides on policy.
Two one-star reviews, one that breaks a policy and one that doesn't. Google decides whether either comes down.
Two answers first. We fetched Removify's pages on September 4, 2026, and none of them had a dollar price for removing a Google review. Removify's terms of business say the company "does not guarantee"
that any particular piece of content "will be permanently removed."
We're not neutral here, so you should know who's talking. RatingMinder analyzes Google reviews too. That's why this page doesn't rate Removify and doesn't tell you whether to hire it. Every claim Removify makes below is in its own words, in quotes, linked to the page it came from.
Have us analyze it
Does your review have grounds for removal?
If one particular review brought you here, you can find out whether it has grounds for removal before you talk to anyone, including us. Put in your business name and we'll analyze every bad review on your profile against Google's review policies, not just one category. That covers reviews of 2★ and below with at least ten characters of text. Each one gets a verdict that says whether it has grounds. It's free, and we don't need your email.
No email. No account. The answer is free either way.
Each review comes back with one of three:

What the company publishes
Who is Removify, and who would you be signing with?
Removify's terms of business name the company you'd sign with, checked September 4, 2026:
"Removify Inc, a Delaware Incorporation, registered at 112 North Central Avenue, 1st Floor Phoenix, Arizona 85004, is engaged by the Client to provide the services according to the terms and conditions in the Agreement."
The same terms add: "Removify Inc is a wholly owned subsidiary of the parent holding company Removify Holdings Pty Ltd in Australia."
The footer on every Removify page, including Removify's homepage, checked September 4, 2026, prints this address: "526 S Mill Ave Suite 201 / Tempe AZ 85281 / USA"
You might also want to know how long Removify has been around. That day we fetched the homepage, the about, contact and FAQ pages, the terms and the Google review page. None of them states a founding year, so we don't state one either.
What does Removify say about removing Google reviews?
The page title on Removify's Google review removal page, the words in your browser tab, checked September 4, 2026, reads "Remove Google Reviews Permanently | No Win, No Fee"
.
Further down, the same page says:
"It's a notoriously difficult process, however it is undertaken with no financial risk: you only pay if we successfully remove the review!"
One of Removify's Google text ads shows the web address "www.removify.com/review-repair"
and the headline "You Only Pay If We Succeed - You Only Pay for Results"
. Google's Ads Transparency Center lists that ad under advertiser AR09372618714416939009. When we read the record on September 4, 2026, it showed the ad as last shown Sep 3, 2026.
The punctuation in those quotes, the exclamation mark included, is Removify's. We print every quote the way Removify does.
How much does Removify charge to remove a Google review?
We found no published price. No dollar figure appears on the Removify pages we fetched on September 4, 2026, and removify.com/pricing/ returned a 404 that day.
Here is what Removify's FAQ, checked September 4, 2026, prints about price:
"The cost for removing a review from Google varies based on the content in question. We will need to see the review/series of reviews before we can provide you with a price estimate."
Later in the same FAQ answer:
"We will however ask for a small deposit before we begin which is fully refundable if we are unsuccessful."
Removify's FAQ cuts that answer off on the page itself. It ends in an ellipsis and a "Read more"
control, so we've quoted only the text that shows.
If what you need first is whether your review has any grounds at all, start with the free analysis of your reviews. Our own prices are printed further down this page.
What do Removify's terms say about refunds, and about removal?
Removify's terms of business, dated "Effective July 2022"
, have more to say on this than the four clauses below. §10.1 also covers refunds for services rendered, and its full text is on the terms page.
On removal, §2.2A(2) reads:
"The Company does not guarantee that any particular piece of Target Content will be permanently removed, either partially or in full"
On paying and the deposit, §10.3 reads:
"A Client who has entered a Pay-Per-Removal Agreement will only be charged for Successful Removals. If no reviews are removed within the guarantee period, the deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days."
§2.2A(3) reads:
"The Company will not issue refunds on deposits or payments made where Services have been rendered, or are in the process of being rendered."
§2.2A(1) sets the term:
"In absence of agreement otherwise, the term will be sixty (60) days from the date of payment of the deposit."
The FAQ's deposit sentence, quoted in the section above, is on the same subject. We checked the FAQ, the Google review page and the terms on September 4, 2026. None of them has a clause on what happens if a removed review reappears.
Here's ours, so you have both in one place. The review gets removed, or your fee gets refunded. The appeal fee only, never subscriptions. The timing, and what counts as Google's decision, are on the page for the appeal guarantee's scope.
How does Removify say it files with Google?
By application, in its own words.
Removify's Google review removal page says:
"We remove Google reviews by making an application directly to the team at Google. In this application, our team of skilled legal professionals highlight the issue/s with the review, relying on the relevant Google Policies, Australian Law or a combination of both to demonstrate this."
The same page describes what comes after the first application:
"This will either be in the form of providing more information as per their request or re-submitting an application, as it is common practice that a removal request is initially rejected."
On timing, the page says:
"Depending on the nature of the content, the time it takes to remove a review from Google can be between 24-48 hours and 60 days, with the majority being removed within 1-4 weeks."
Those are Removify's numbers, not ours.
Here's what Google documents for an owner doing it themselves. That's Google's process, not Removify's. As the owner, you report the review from your own Business Profile, and Google evaluates it. Google's help page says that usually takes several days. With RatingMinder, you're the one who files, in Google's own tool, from your own profile. We submit nothing to Google. Our guide to reporting a Google review, reason by reason covers which reason fits which review.

Fact for fact
How do Removify and RatingMinder compare, fact for fact?
Here's what Removify publishes next to what we publish about ourselves. Where Removify's side has no quote, we didn't find one on the pages we fetched, and we give the date. Our side is our own terms, and the numbers match the prices in print.
| Removify, as published | RatingMinder, our own terms | |
|---|---|---|
| Price in print or by quote | No dollar figure on the Removify pages fetched September 4, 2026. removify.com/pricing/ returned 404 that day. The FAQ offers "a price estimate"and names "a small deposit"(Removify FAQ). | $149 for one review or $199 for every review with grounds from the same analysis, per Business Profile. Monitoring is $39 a month per Business Profile. Printed on our pricing page. |
| Who files with Google | "making an application directly to the team at Google"(Removify's Google review page). | You file, in Google's own tool, from your own profile. We submit nothing to Google. |
| What happens when nothing qualifies | No result published ahead of a quote request on the Removify pages fetched September 4, 2026. The FAQ's entry point is to "give you a quote"(Removify FAQ). | No grounds for removal, said plainly and free, with the first move free on the page and the full reply playbook by email if you want it. |
| What happens on a loss | §10.3: "the deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days". §2.2A(3): "will not issue refunds on deposits or payments made where Services have been rendered"(terms of business). | The review gets removed, or your fee gets refunded. The appeal fee only, never subscriptions. |
| What is guaranteed, and by whom | §2.2A(2): "does not guarantee that any particular piece of Target Content will be permanently removed"(terms of business). | Google decides removal. What we commit to is the refund on the appeals we sell, never an outcome. |
| What the service covers | Case-study labels "Remove Google reviews", "Remove from Glassdoor"and "Remove from RateMDs"(Removify's homepage). | Google reviews only. |
Competitor facts checked September 4, 2026.
When is Removify the right choice?
When the job is one we don't do. Removify's published pages name several of those, and we should be plain about them.
The case-study labels on Removify's homepage read "Remove Google reviews"
, "Remove from Glassdoor"
and "Remove from RateMDs"
. If the content you're dealing with is on Glassdoor or RateMDs, or on several sites at once, that's outside RatingMinder. We cover Google reviews and nothing else.
The application passage quoted above names "Australian Law"
next to "the relevant Google Policies"
. If you want a legal argument made, we don't offer that. The same passage describes a team handling the application. If you want someone else to do the filing, that's not us either. You file.
And if you'd rather pay only on success than pay a printed fee, the Removify pages quoted above describe that arrangement. Ours is different. You pay when we prepare the appeal, and your fee gets refunded if Google doesn't remove the review.
The general picture is on our service hub: the kinds of firms, how to vet one, and what removal services charge.
Who decides
Who decides whether a review comes down, and do your reviews have grounds?
Google decides. Not Removify, not us, not anyone you pay.
Google's help page on reporting reviews says it in one line:
You can report any review, but only those that violate Google policies are eligible for removal.
Google Business Profile Help, Report inappropriate reviews on your Business Profile, section Understand which reviews to report for removal
Google's help text captured August 4, 2026.
So the question is never whether a review is fair. Google doesn't remove reviews on "unfair." It removes them on policy. The same page tells owners not to report a review just because they disagree with it, and it says Google stays out of disputes between a business and its customers. If a report doesn't work, you get one appeal, and Google emails you the result. The review comes down if it breaks a policy and stays up if it doesn't.
Removify's Google review page says the same about who decides:
"Ultimately, it is the decision of the platform itself to remove the review."
Its terms, in §2.2A(2) quoted above, don't guarantee that any review "will be permanently removed."
That's also why we don't promise a removal. We don't decide one.
Most bad reviews should stay up. A real customer describing a bad experience has no grounds for removal, as long as it's told respectfully. Google's policy allows that. When that's what we find, we tell you, and we won't prepare an appeal for it.
When there are no grounds, that's the answer. Also free. You get a reply playbook instead.
Here's how ours works. We analyze every bad review on your profile for free. That's every review of 2★ and below with at least ten characters of text, and each one gets a verdict. Where there are strong or possible grounds for removal, we prepare your appeal and you file it from your own profile. You get one appeal per review, ever. Our read is that the policy you name has to match the argument. A mismatch can waste the one appeal by presenting the wrong policy argument, so that choice is where we put the work. Both appeal prices are per Business Profile. One review is $149. The review gets removed, or your fee gets refunded. Every review with grounds from the same analysis is $199, as one order. If Google removes none of these reviews, the $199 is refunded. The appeal fee only, never subscriptions. Monitoring is $39 a month per Business Profile. Nothing is behind a call.
The full sequence is in how RatingMinder works. If you want to check our verdicts against expert review, see the measured precision of the analysis. We list every policy category Google removes reviews under on one page, and the Google review removal guide covers the process end to end. Or analyze your reviews at the top of this page.
